Multi-faceted program of events, activities and research for clients will provide strategic insights and opportunities for building business practices throughout the year
CHICAGO, Illinois – April 30, 2021 – Syndigo, a leading SaaS product information and syndication company, and a portfolio company of Summit Partners and The Jordan Company (“TJC”), today announced the kickoff of their “Ignite” thought leadership series for clients and the industry.
The upcoming releases in the Ignite series will be:
- Ignite: Insights global study, May 4, on product data and the customer experience. The survey reveals that while using data is critical to improving the eCommerce experience, many companies still struggle to efficiently manage their product information. Syndigo commissioned Forrester consulting for the study.
- Ignite: Insights webinar May 18, to highlight the global study and implications for content management strategy in the future, featuring Syndigo Chief Commercial Officer Justin Hartanov and Chief Product Officer Mark Detelich.
- Ignite: Experiences virtual event titled, “Whatever It Takes,” June 3 will feature real stories of what leaders across the globe had to change within their operations, data systems, warehouses, and eCommerce sites to ensure growth and supply.
“We wanted to extend our end-to-end vision to the way that we deliver insights and expertise, to help our clients on both sides of the network grow even faster through their product content programs,” said Chief Commercial Officer Justin Hartanov. “It’s all about triggering new ways of thinking – igniting action and challenging the status quo. Our Ignite program aims to add resources to help suppliers, distributors and retailers answer the important questions and industry issues we’re all facing right now.”
The consumer goods and retail industries have recently accelerated their eCommerce activity due to the implications from the pandemic, more options for shoppers to find products online, and newer technology approaches to deliver and coordinate information.
“The activities are an extension of Syndigo’s successful Ignite client workshops that focused on discussing leadership challenges and sharing solutions,” said Patrick Niersbach, SVP of Marketing. “By bringing the Ignite name to more of our events, activities and information, we hope to convey a sense of the potential for business acceleration in the industry.”
